CHANGING THE LANGUAGE
The language can be set by selecting from the following:
1 - Italian (DEFAULT)
2 - English
3 - French
4 - German
5 - Portuguese
6 - Dutch
7 - Danish
8 - Finnish
9 - Spanish

Starting condition: A NIGHT 21:40
stand-by. WED 12/03/07
Press MENU button 1- CHANGE TIME The possible options
2-CHANGE DATE are displayed.
Use the keys 5-CHANGE
to select the desired menu. LANGUAGE
Press the key
1-ITALIAN The asterisk indicates
2-ENGLISH the selected language
key to select the required option
(CHANGE LANGUAGE)
Scroll the list with the keys
To select the
desired language press 1-ITALIAN
the corresponding key. 2-ENGLISH

CHANGING THE TIME
The time of the switchboard can be changed as follows:
OPERATION DISPLAY DESCRIPTION
Starting condition: A NIGHT 00:00
stand-by. MON 00/00/00
Press MENU key 1-CHANGE TIME The display shows the
2-CHANGE TIME possible options.
Press the key
SET TIME: The highlighted digit
00:00 flashes
to delect the desired option
option(CHANGE TIME)
Change the time using
the alphanumeric keypad
and the key. SET TIME:
EXAMPLE: 21:40 press 21:40
Press OK A NIGHT 21:40 The set time is
to confirm MON 00/00/00 kept by means of a buffer
entry. battery even in
the event of power failure.

SPEED NUMBERS
These allow an internal extension to be called directly by pressing the key
associated with the address of the person called.
To memorise the the speed number, carry out the following operations:

EXAMPLE: you want to memorise code 44 as SPEED NUMBER 02.
Press MENU button 1- CHANGE TIME The possible options
2-CHANGE DATE are displayed.
Use the keys to select 4-SAVE
to select the desired menu. SPEED NUMBERS

to select the desired option CODE:000
(SAVE

Press OK to go to SPEED NUMBER 02: The default code is 000
